

Steven was born on May 30, 1952, in Port Chester, New York, to George and Dimitra Donnelly. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Fordham University, laying the foundation for a long and successful professional career.
Steven dedicated over 30 years to RT Vanderbilt, where he rose to the role of Vice President and Manager of Global Business before his retirement. He was deeply respected by colleagues for his leadership, integrity, and commitment.
At the center of Steven’s life was his loving marriage of over 50 years to his beautiful wife, Linda. Together, they built a life grounded in love, partnership, and unwavering support, creating a strong and lasting foundation for their family.
Beyond his career, Steven was a man of many passions. He was an avid photographer who found beauty in everyday moments, a dedicated runner and weightlifter who valued discipline and health, and a traveler who embraced new experiences. Above all, he was a devoted family man who cherished time spent with those he loved.
Steven was predeceased by his parents, George and Dimitra Donnelly, and his sister, Dale Stra.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Linda Donnelly; his children, Kelly (Vincent) LoVerme and Bryan (Jackie) Donnelly, as well as his brother Scott (Laura) Donnelly; and his four cherished grandchildren, Eva and Alyssa LoVerme, and Michael and Katie Donnelly.
Steven will be remembered for his strength, kindness, and unwavering dedication to his family.
Family and friends may gather on Wednesday, April 29th from 4-7pm at Green Funeral Home on 57 Main Street, Danbury, CT 06810. A prayer service will take place at 6:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Steven’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
