He was Born in Mexico City, Mexico to his parents Carlos Ramirez and Lilia V. Contla Ramirez. When he came to the United States as a child, he lived in Bridgeport CT and lived most of his adult life in Danbury CT. Victor took much pride in being a volunteer fireman for Engine 4 fire department in Danbury.
Victor leaves behind his siblings Jose C. Ramirez, Guillermo Ramirez (Reeda), Maria Ramirez and Juan A. Ramirez; nieces and nephews Natty Ramirez and her son August, Rosa Ramirez and her children Bianca, Dominic and Lilia, Liliana Ramirez and her sons Zayden and Ezra, Billy Ramirez, Cody Ramirez, Selena Ramirez, Justin Schaniel, Jessica Schaniel; and his step son Mike Moorman. He was predeceased by his parents, his wife Gladys Moorman and his brother Alfredo Ramirez.
A graveside service will be held at St. Peter Cemetery, 71 Lake Ave. Ext,, Danbury, on March 6, 2025 at 2 PM.
