Vi was born in Carmel, NY, daughter of the late Salvatore Napolitano and Rose Napolitano. She graduated from Carmel High school and then went to hairdressing school. She then met her wonderful husband Joseph Moffa at Moffa’s Hot Dog Stand and they married in 1965.
Vi was a hairdresser for her family and friends but first was a wonderful and loving mom to her three children. She loved to help people and did that so well by always taking care of her family when needed.
Vi was predeceased by her five beautiful sisters and four brothers, and also her wonderful son-in-law, Mike Duva. Vi was also predeceased by Connie Moffa Auducci, Carmine Moffa, and Louis Moffa.
Survivors include her son, Louis Moffa (Mary Moffa) and their three children; her son, Joseph Moffa (Sheryl Moffa) and their four children; and daughter Lena Duva and darling grandson, Troy Duva. Also surviving is her sister-in-law, Carlea Moffa. Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews also survive.
The family would like to thank Maplewood of Danbury for taking such great care of Vi in her last months.
