CRANN, Alma Wanita – 74, of Dartmouth, N.S. passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2011, peacefully at home. Born in Bell Island, NL, she was the daughter of the late William and Blanche (Goss) Pearce. She was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great friend to all who knew her. Alma is survived by her husband, Arthur of 56 years; sons Brian and Harry; daughters Diane (Bernie Campbell), Sheila (Robert Murphy) and Nancy; brothers Frank and Harry; sisters Gloria, Greta, Louise, Rowena; grandchildren: Joseph, Justin, Krista, Cindy, Brandi, Sarah, Ashley, Robyn, and Brooke; and four great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by sisters Ruth, Cora, Lyda; brother Jack and son Blair.
Memorial service will be held at A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland St., Dartmouth (902) 461-0700 on Friday, November 25th at 11:00am. Interment in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Lwr. Sackville.
