June Marie Perrin

PERRIN, June Marie - Of Dartmouth, passed away peacefully April 18, 2022. June was born in Digby to the late Orbin and Mabel Van Tassell. She is survived by her children Debra Carr (Laurie) Cole Harbour, Steven (Debbie) Dartmouth, and Paul (Roberta) Elie, Manitoba; 9 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Michael, Sean, Stephanie, Kirstyn, Kyleigh, Allyssa, Colbey and Jaxson and 7 great-grandchildren, Evan, Leah, Ryan, Nathan, Lucas, Lauchlan and Noah. She is also survived by brothers Ronald (Muriel) Digby and Richard, Ottawa, as well as many nieces and nephews. June was predeceased by her loving husband of 57 years, Bill, brothers Kenneth, Guy, Russell and Dennis and sisters Jean and Audrey.

June was an avid golfer and former member of the Brightwood Golf & Country Club where she enjoyed socializing and playing golf with her many friends. She was also an enthusiastic card player and very much looked forward to the weekly Sunday morning coffee and game of Queens with family.

June was a resident at Oakwood Terrace and the family would like to extend our thanks and gratitude for the care and compassion provided by staff members of Units C & D, as well as the Recreation staff who organized and participated in the musical sing-a-longs, which June greatly enjoyed.

There will be a private family visitation. Donations may be made to the Alzheimers Society of Nova Scotia.
