Passed away September 6th, 2010 at Northwood Care Centre, Halifax, NS
Born in Baddeck, NS, she was the daughter of the late George and Emily Dolomont. Predeceased by husband Daniel Gillis and siblings Frances, Emily, Joseph, Gordon, and Bernard. She is survived by children, Daniel (Jeannette) of Edmonton, Warna Gillis-Gray (Bill) of Boston, Patricia Addison (Len) of Toronto, Eileen Murchison (Jamie) of Sydney, June O’Neil (Shane) of Lower Sackville, Kathy Line (Rick) of Markham, David (Christine) of Dartmouth, Douglas of Dartmouth, Pauline Hood (Art) of Dartmouth, her brother George of Dartmouth, thirteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She touched everyone she met. Visitation services will be held at A.L. Mattatall funeral home, 217 Portland St, Dartmouth, from 2-4 and 6-8 on Wednesday September 8th. Funeral service will be held Thursday at 10am, in our Blessed Mother Theresa Church, Halifax NS, 6032 Normandy Dr. Burial at later date.
