Ventrcek, Linda Diane – 71 of Dartmouth, passed away at home on February 25, 2015 after a long battle with Cancer. She was the daughter of the late Gordon and Mildred (Martell) Cole. Linda held her family in the highest regard. She was a member of the “Recycled Teenagers” chapter of the Red Hatters and she enjoyed travelling. She is survived by her children Sonya (Clyde MacLeod) Ventrcek and Mark Ventrcek, grandsons Nicholas Ventrcek and Justin Davey, her siblings Carolyn Clarke, Glenn (Susan) Cole, six nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 41 years, Allen Ventrcek. Visitation will be held from 6 – 8 pm on Sunday March 1, 2015. A memorial service will be held on Monday March 2, at 11am both in A. L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland Street. Burial at a later date in Fairview Lawn Cemetery.
