Born September 20, 1910 in Dartmouth she was a daughter of the late Albert and Florence(Horne) Bowes. Doris was pre-deceased by her husband Ernest Eric; brothers Charles, Clyde, and Carl; sisters, Alice Graves Theakson, and Hazel. Survived by several nieces and nephews including special niece Margaret(Peggy) Buchanan. Olive was a resident of Oakwood Terrace, Dartmouth,for the last two years. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 7pm Tuesday October 23, in A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland St, Dartmouth. Reception to follow. Interment will be in Mount Hermon Cemetery at a later date.
