Martell, Patricia “Pat”-passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 5, 2014 at the Dartmouth General Hospital at the age of 76. She was the daughter of the late Osmond and Elsie (Melberry) O’Brien of Noel, Hants Co. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Pat graduated from Dalhousie University and began her career as a teacher. During the past 30 years, she worked as a seamstress-many years concentrating on kilt making. Pat is survived by her husband, Gerard; daughter, Mary Ann, Middleton; son, Andrew, Dartmouth; granddaughters, Emma, Evanston, IL and Rosalynn, Truro. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her son, Paul. Interment will take place in the family plot in Noel this summer.
