Aaron L. Wright

Private graveside services will be held for Aaron L. Wright, 42, of Davenport at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. Mr. Wright passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at his residence. Cunnick-Collins Mortuary and Cremation Service assisted the family with arrangements. Aaron Lyle Wright was born on October 20, 1971 in Midwest City, OK, the son of Ron and Dorothy (Schmidt) Wright. He attended Iowa State University. Aaron worked as a sales associate at various appliance stores including Sears and Endorf’s Appliance. Most recently he was the caregiver for his grandmother before she passed away. Aaron had a fondness for animals, especially his dogs Bridgett, Benji, King, and Sadie and cat Sylvester. He is survived by his Father: Ron Wright of Davenport; two Uncles: Paul Schmidt and Ned (Debbie) Schmidt, all of Davenport; Cousins: Jeff (Amber) Schmidt of North Liberty, IA, Andrea Schmidt of Davenport; and Best Friend: Erick (Erica) Dalburg of Davenport. He was preceded in death by his Mother: Dorothy; Maternal Grandparents: Clarence (Edeline) Schmidt. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
