B. Diane Griffin, 47, of Davenport, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 18, 2014 from 3-5 pm at the Runge Mortuary. Diane was born April 1, 1966 in Davenport, the daughter of John and Alice (Theriac) Cameron. She was united in marriage to Scott Griffin on August 2, 1996 in Davenport. She attended school to become a massage therapist. She was a licensed nail technician and had her real estate license with Ruhl & Ruhl along with her CNA certification. She played on the West End women’s and APA pool leagues. She loved animals, shopping; especially for purses and snowmen. She also enjoyed making and donating tie-knot blankets. She enjoyed camping and traveling to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN along with the Florida Keys. “Mama” as she was nicknamed by her family and friends, will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Scott, her daughter, Amber (Matt) Lang; son, Robert Griffin; mother, Alice; her four-legged kids: cat, Kylie and dog, Bella; grandchildren, Krystal and April; brothers, John (Traci) Theriac and Ronnie (Tammy) Cameron ; aunt Bev and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Krystal Cameron; her father John Cameron and her grandmother, “Granny Grump.”
