Billy Scott Rose was born on December 8, 1923 in Macomb, IL, the son of Harvey and Bertha (Scott) Rose. During WW II, he served in the U.S. Navy. Those left to honor his memory include his wife Jane, his daughter, Sandra Kay Rose, Reno, NV.; granddaughter, Jennifer Weyrich, Sioux City, IA.; daughter, Joni Rose (Michael Maloney) and grandson, Dana Rose, all of Reno, NV.; step-daughter, Marcie (Scott) Reakes; granddaughter, Abby Reakes, Geneseo, IL.; sister and brother-in-law, Judy Ann and Allen Noftsker, Moline, IL and numerous nieces and nephews. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Robert Rose.
