She was born February 8, 1964 in Davenport, Iowa the daughter of Paul and Elsie (Wilcox) Burton.
Carol was one of the most unselfish people I have ever met. She was always thinking about everyone else. Thinking about how she could make someone else happy. No matter where she went or what she did, she was always looking to make someone’s day brighter. Her thoughts and her actions were always about her children and family. She loved to laugh, she loved to make us laugh. Everyone’s life she has touched will have a hole to fill now. But she has taught us how to fill that hole with love and consideration for others.
Those left to honor her memory include mother, Elsie Burton, sons, Brian Butler, and Michael Butler, 5 brothers, and 3 sisters.
Carol was preceded in death by her father.
