Davenport, IA Visitation for Caroline Poston, 75, of Davenport, will be Monday from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary, Davenport. There will be no services. Cremation rites have been accorded. Cunnick - Collins Mortuary and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.Caroline passed away on Friday, March 26, 2010, at Trinity Bettendorf, (formerly Trinity at Terrace Park) Bettendorf.Caroline Inest Bell was born on November 6, 1934, in Davenport, the daughter of John and Lulu (Settles) Bell. She married Charles T. Poston in 1963 in Ft. Worth,TX, he preceded her in death in 2004.She worked as a cashier at Donuts and More for 21 years, retiring in 1999. She loved playing bingo, watching figure skating, tennis and spending time with her family.Survivors include her sons; Charles (Ellyn) Poston, Johnnie Poston, both of Davenport, 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and a brother; Harold Bell of Davenport.She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Robert (Red) Bell, John Bell and sisters, Alberta Grau and Clara Ellen Garrison. Memorials may be made to the family.
