Cindy Lou Garrow

Cindy Lou Garrow, 61, of Glenwood, IA passed away on August 23, 2021 at Oldorf Hospice House. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 30, 2021 at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will follow at the Rock Island National Cemetery. Memorials may be left to Immanuel Lutheran Church of Davenport. Cindy was born on September 5, 1959 in Iowa City, Iowa to Lewis and Betty (Whitbeck) Garrow. Cindy loved the Beatles and had pictures all around her room. She loved puzzles and attending dances. Cindy was a social butterfly and enjoyed being around people.

Survivors include her mother, Betty; siblings, Lewis (Roger) Marsha, of Davenport, Vicki Jones of Davenport, Mark (Danya) Garrow of Blue Grass, IA; nieces, Shelly Miller of Davenport, Alyssa Garrow of Davenport and nephew, Jordan Garrow of Davenport.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lewis.
