Cleone B. Pfister, 77, longtime resident of Bettendorf passed away Monday, Feb. 24, 2014 in Naples, Florida. Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Friday, March 28, 2014 at the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Friday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Rock Island Arsenal National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation of America. Cleone was born March 13, 1936 in Madison, SD. She was a graduate of the University of South Dakota. She had Master Degrees in Education and was a Speech Pathologist in the Davenport School System for 30 years. She married Faris (Skip) Pfister in August of 1961. She was an avid bowler and loved to root on her Iowa Hawkeyes.
Survivors include her son, David Pfister (Bonita Springs, Fl.); brothers Robert Weber (Watertown, SD.) and Scott Weber (Ft. Myers, FL.). She was preceded in death by her husband and both parents.
