Visitation will be at Runge Mortuary in Davenport on February 27, 2024, from 11-12 p.m. with the funeral immediately following.
Diane was born in Davenport on December 17, 1936, to parents Lester and Vera (Jens) Paustian. After graduating from Davenport High in 1954 she was a model, became a member of the National Secretary’s Association and earned her CPS certification. She was a Legal secretary at the law firm that is now Wessels & Wierman for over 45 years and continued to work part time until 2009, when she suffered a major stroke.
Diane was a devoted mother, hosted tea parties, enjoyed league bowling and was an avid traveler. She was an active member and office secretary of the Ladies Night Committee for the QC Angels for many years. Diane had many friends, especially her close circle of friends known as the ODT’s.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her sister Victoria (Charles) Gray, her former husband Donald E. Fritz and their sons Mark (Juli) Fritz and Derek (Nan) Fritz, 3 grandsons, Joshua Del Duca, Michael (Jessica) Fritz, Ryan (Stephanie) Fritz and 3 great grandsons, Thomas Del Duca, Tyler Fritz, and Logan Fritz.
