Donald was born May 1, 1953, in Davenport, IA to Donald & Eloise (McCollom) Boley Sr.
Donny had worked at the former Handicap Development Center (Empowering Abilities) earlier in his life.
He enjoyed competing in the special Olympics, his artwork, playing Bingo and playing his guitar to entertain the staff and residence. His family was very important to him, and he loved to spend time with them.
Survivors include 2 brothers, Daniel (Lynn) Boley, East Moline, IL and Jeff (Diana) Boley, Davenport, IA; several nieces & nephews; and a sister-in-law, Theresa Boley, Bettendorf.
Donny was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, David and Curtis Todd Boley; and 2 sisters, Debbie Ray and Tammy Boley.
