Donna L. Bruhn Kronfeld

Donna L. Kronfeld, 71, of Walcott, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Home in Davenport. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 10:30 am at Trinity Lutheran Church in Davenport. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 4 to 8 pm at The Runge Mortuary. Donna was born September 17, 1943 in Davenport; the daughter of Harry E. and Kathryn R. (Stee) Bruhn. She was united in marriage to Ralph Kronfeld on February 5, 1972 in Davenport. She had worked at Schlegal Drug Store in Davenport until she was married. She then was a loving homemaker who served as a Girl Scout leader. She loved to bake and sew, volunteer in her community and spend time with her family. Donna had a contagious laugh and adored her cat Buzz . Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Ralph; children: Heidi (Mike) Halferty, Stockton, IA; Brian Kronfeld, Bettendorf and Susan (Matt) Dusenberry, stationed in Texas and grandchildren: Bryce, Cody, Austin, Wylie, Gracie, Isaiah, Adria, Daniel and another granddaughter on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents and her twin brother, Allen L“Chub” Bruhn.
