She was born September 27, 1959 in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Ruth and John Brassard.
Donna Brassard was united in marriage to Craig Zoeckler on October 29, 1983 in Davenport. She graduated with a degree as a pharmacy technician and was employed by Genesis Medical Center in Distribution.
Those left to honor her memory are her husband, Craig; mother Ruth Brassard; sister Bonnie Allen; brother John Brassard; and mother-in-law Audrae Zoeckler. She was preceded in death by her father.
