Earl (Dick) R. White, 89, of Blue Grass, Iowa passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Funeral services will be held at the Runge Mortuary and Crematory on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 2pm. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time. Memorials may be made in Dick's name to Lewy Body Dementia Association (LBDA). Dick was born on January 7, 1937, in St. Albans, West Virginia to Raymond Earl and Lorene (Chandler) White. He was a graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School. On February 24, 1957, he was united in marriage to Betty Smith. They have enjoyed 68 years of marriage. Dick served his country in the United States Air Force.

Dick had a career in the automotive aftermarket, working for Strum Automotive/Whitlock Corporation. After retirement, he worked for Republic Companies in maintenance. Dick enjoyed fishing, camping, taking care of his home and his family.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Betty; daughter, Faith (Dan) Keeney of Blue Grass, Iowa; son, Christopher White of Lombard, Illinois; grandchildren, Kassie (Brian) Keeney-McGurk of Davenport, Zachary Keeney of Davenport, Kelly White of Lombard Illinois; brother, Robert (Sandy) White of Irvine, Kentucky.

Dick was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Loretta Huddleston, Connie Heitman and daughter-in-law, Laura White.
