Edward "Ed" Lee Kuns

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at the Vineyard Church of Davenport. Memorials may go to the family.

Ed was born July 11, 1955 in Baltimore, MD. He was the son of Francis and Martha (Tuttle) Kuns. In his earlier years, he worked for over 20 years in the Circulation department at the Quad City Times. Most recently he was a delivery driver for Papa Johns Pizza for 20 years until his retirement due to health issues. He received numerous awards for his faithful service through the years.

He was a fan of Elvis and Alabama and enjoyed watching Bruce Lee movies. He had a passion not only for motorcycles, but, for the Lord as well. Ed was a member of the Vineyard Church in Davenport. Ed had a larger than life personality that shown greatly in his love for his family. Spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren was his greatest joy.

Those left to honor his memory include his daughter, Shamalla (Evan) Ineichen, Davenport, son, Paul Wing, Davenport; grandchildren: Lily, Olivia, Jacob, Sylvanas and Jayden; brother, Raymond Kuns, Florida, special brother, Charles Rodden, Bettendorf and his beloved cat Patches. His parents and a sister, Roz Kennedy preceded him in death.
