Eric Fischlein

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Eric Fischlein, 53, of Davenport will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2019 at the Cunnick-Collins Mortuary Chapel in Davenport. The family will greet friends from 1:30 p.m. until service time at the mortuary. Cremation rites have been accorded as was his request. Mr. Fischlein died at his residence following a brief illness on Sunday, June 16, 2019.

Eric Fischlein was born on October 16, 1965 in Davenport, IA, the son of Joseph and Shirley (Lane) Fischlein. After attending Davenport West High School he married Tracy L. Angstrom on August 12, 1993. He was employed as a roofer and also worked in several other of the construction trades around the quad city area.

He is survived by - his Parents: Joseph and Shirley of Davenport; a Daughter: Jessica Fischlein of Walcott; 2 Sons: Jacob (Gretchen) Fischlein of Parkview, IA and Cody (MicKayla) Fischlein of Dixon, IA; 2 Sisters: Cheryl Payne and Patti Eskridge both of Davenport; 2 Brothers: Alan (Jacklyn) Fischlein of Davenport and Jeffrey (Dianna) Fischlein of Bernard, IA; and 5 Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Pit Bull Rescue.
