He was born in Davenport on June 10, 1954 and graduated from West High School in 1972. He relocated to Kansas City, KS while being employed with Roadway for 20 years as a Logistics Manager. Prior to his retirement, June 2024, he was a Steelworker for 20 years at Arconic in Davenport.
Survivors include his daughter Erin (Nathan) Limkemann, sister Ellen Asplund, sister Lee Ann (Brian) Myers, and brother Reed Foley. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Ina Foley.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday May 17, 2025, from 1-5pm at the Columbus Club, 1111 W 35th St, Davenport.
