Harold John Faulkner, 89, of Davenport went home to his Lord on Tuesday, April 22, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, April 26, 2014 in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 PM Friday, April25, 2014 at the mortuary. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family.

Harold was born, December 31, 1924 in Wenona, IL. The son of Harold L. and Genevieve (Castille) Faulkner. He was united in marriage to Doris Hegenbart on June 22, 1946 in Davenport.
Harold retired from Brown Dental, Moline, IL. After over 40 yrs. of service.
He was a very religious man which was very evident through out life. He was an avid fisherman and he loved birds. He also enjoyed woodworking, leather work, and was a silversmith.
Those celebrating his life include his loving wife of 67 yrs., Doris ; son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Steve and Leanne Faulkner, Mason City, IA.; sister Beverly Phillips, FL. and daughter-in-law Emmie Faulkner, Bettendorf .;6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded by his parents, son Bud and his brother Robert.
