Jake was preceded in death by his father, James B. Van Fleet. His mother, Mary Van Fleet resides in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Jacob is also survived by 2 brothers, James and Joshua. Also, 4 children: Asher, Emily and Evan of Lake Ozark, and Taylor Jacob of Aplington, IA.
Jake loved the Cardinals, Rams, working and playing outdoors, but above all else his family.
