Jason E. Licklider, 40, of Davenport passed away at his home. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 2:30 pm in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Online condolences may be made at www.rungemortuary.com.
