Jeffrey was born October 14, 1971 in Davenport, Iowa to Gerald “Jerry” and Margaret “Lynn” (Abrahamson) Lockrem. He graduated from West High School. He dedicated over 30 years at the casinos where he was much loved and notoriously known as “Hacksaw” and “Mr. Fix It.”
He knew his way around computers and electronics, his brother could always count on him to for tech support. He was also an animal lover, he had many different pets over the years.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his father, Gerald “Jerry” Lockrem; brother, Brian Lockrem; aunts, Sally (Andy) Mowry, Diana (Randy) Schau, and Debbie (Larry) Wells; and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret “Lynn” Lockrem.
