Per Jodi’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Monday, August 29, 2022 at the Runge Mortuary. Following visitation, family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Jodi at the Rock Island Moose Lodge at 5:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to the family. Jodi was born January 17, 1947 in Davenport, IA to Ralph and Virginia Caster.

Jodi’s radiant and loving nature captured the hearts of all that were blessed to have known her. Whether it was lending a helping hand or simply listening, she was always willing to give of herself where and when she could. She loved spending time with her family sharing her love, laughs and embrace. She was a daughter, sister, mother, wife, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother to many family and friends that will cherish her love and memory forever.

Jodi ran her own salon, “By Jodi Styling Salon” and later worked as an Electrician at Alcoa. She enjoyed traveling, crafts, crocheting, singing, manicures, playing cards, but mostly sharing her life with friends and family.

Family left to cherish her memory include her children, Viktoria (Kenny) Witt, Lucas (Brooke) Radech and Stephanie Bender; grandchildren, Allison (Billy), Makis, Brody, Behren, Brylan, Quinn, Braxton and Reese; great-grandchildren, Kaylie and Ellie Wren; siblings, Suzan (Michael) Skurchak, Randy (Kathy) Reeves, and Diana Meinert; and many extended family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; dad, Harry Reeves; mother-in-law, Gladys Vaughn; husband, Sidney Ragland; and brothers, Denny Reeves and Terry Reeves.
