On June 14, 2024, Joanne Sird passed away at Genesis in Davenport, Iowa. Visitation will be held at Weerts Funeral Home on Friday, June 28, 2024 starting at 2:00 pm till the start of the Celebration of Life service at 3:00 pm. Joanne was born on August 12, 1959 to Ralph and Norma Anderson. Joanne met the love of her life Frank “Sonny” King with whom she shared three sons Jamie, Jimmy, and Frankie. After Sonny’s passing she went on to meet Michael and welcomed her fourth child Michael “Mikey” Sird. Joanne was a loving Grandmother to Devin, Bryce, Brandon, Ariana, Klarissa, Kayanna, Kyla and Ace. Joanne enjoyed spending time with her family and was a dedicated WWE fan.
Those left to honor her memory are her sons Jamie, Jimmy and Frankie; siblings Bobby, Debbie (Mel), Ronnie (Gala) and special friends Mary Lou and Joe.
Joanne is preceded in death by her son Michael Sird and her siblings Patsy, Donnie, Joyce, Sandy and Johnnie.
