Joseph was born to Joseph and Grace (Coulter) Bair Sr. on August 3, 1947 in Davenport, IA. He married and divorced Patricia Green. Later married and divorced Dauna Tague. He worked for many years as a contract painter.
He enjoyed fishing, pool, country music, vulgar shirts, and he was always tinkering with cars, mowers, etc. He loved ice cream and oreos with milk.
He is survived by his children, Tina (Larry) Gibbs, Rhonda (Elbert) Myers, Joy (Ed) Williams, Shane (Sarah) Tague, Jeremy (Rachel) Devol, Daniel Bair, and Jesse (Ashton) Bair; 20 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Joseph Bair III; and 7 brothers and sisters.
