Judy was born July 26, 1955 in Davenport, IA to Bill & Ethel (Miller) Wing. She was united in marriage to David Hill on March 25, 1982 in Davenport, IA. He preceded her in death in 2008.
Earlier in life she had enjoyed playing bingo, fishing, and ride her horses. Family was very important to her and she loved spending time with her grandchildren and listening to kids joke with each other.
Survivors include 3 sons Jason (Brandi) Wing, James (Steel) Dohrmann, & Paul Wing; 1 daughter Crystal (Eric) Box; 14 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; & a sister Sandra (Dale) Shadden
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Justin Wing, & sister and brother-in-law Karen & Homer Cole.
