I miss you buddy.  I sure think about you.  Once in awhile I see someone in passing that looks like you.  I'll have a shot for you tomorrow.

My heart is broken for your Jennifer and your sons. Kia was so proud of his boys talked about them all the time. I remember meeting Kia in Junior high school through you when you first started dating. Kia was all smiles around you and so sweet. Jennifer, you and Kia were so great together. You guys shared not only two sons but the first half of a great love story that turned into an amazing and beautiful friendship. I have such great memories of Kia. What an amazing man he was. So funny, kind, sweet and his laugh was contagious. Rest in peace Kia. 

After supervising Kai for numerous years I grew very close to him. I could go to him for advice and he often gave it without asking. I knew there would be zero judgment and I could always speak freely. Thinking back there's few people within UPS that have had a bigger impact on my life than Kai. He taught me to appreciate the little things, to not stress, and pushed me in the right direction. I didn't get the chance to thank him - but his advice and stories made me a better supervisor, father, and husband. Kai and Stephanie often brought me in food and although it may have just been their leftovers, it was nice knowing they thought of me when I was going through rough times. I have never met a more genuine person in my life. UPS will miss you.

 Our neighborhood won't be the same without his smile. He was a great guy that made you smile at any moment.  Him and Chumlee were a great pair! Sharing stories of our bulldogs was always fun and created such a laugh.  Our healing thoughts are with you and your family.

Stephanie,  Ian, Noah,  the rest of Kai's family and friends.  I'm so sorry for your loss.  Kai was a great friend to me and I sure feel this loss right now.  I don't have a single bad memory of Kai, we had a blast together working at Kwik Shop,  our poker club and even when all that was done we'd get together once in awhile . I always felt Kai had my back and I always tried to have his. What a great person always kept things light,  always a smile I'm gonna miss you my friend. 

I have worked at ups with him and his wife Stephanie for 15 years this year. I have grown to become what I would say pretty close to them work wise. They both always made me laugh and make work enjoyable for the bad nights. Work was very quiet in smalls the night we found out. Although it is sad the memories I have with him are all good. My condolences go out to his wife Stephanie and his family.
With much sorrow and pain I feel after finding this out I know it doesn't even touch what his family feels. So there for I am sorry. 
Just know he will and is missed at UPS

What a beautiful soul 💜 Steph and family, my deepest heartfelt condolences to you… words cannot measure what I know you are going through. So many say, have told me, that this is life’s cycle, and every person has their journey that is a part of that cycle, but nothing compares to losing the mate of your soul. Steph, you gave him the absolute best years of his life, and his real journey has just begun. My heart, my prayers and my love go to you, to your children, and to all of your family💜

I know you have heard this a million times but what can you say about the passing of such an amazing man.  I was going through alot when I met him and he made me realize that it really wasn't me and that I would get through this and I  wasn't alone.  I don't always share when I am going through really ruff things but I felt comfortable talking to him.  So I still thank him in heaven for taking a moment to make me feel better when I gave up he showed me why I shouldn't.  

I had the privilege of working with KAI @ Big River Bowling.
If we got quarters with our tips, we would trade them in at the end of shift for dollars, but Kai would save All his quarters, and eventually was able to purchase a HARLEY & all the accessories that go with it, leaving the boss with hardly any quarters to start the drawer the next day. 🤣🤣🤣
He was such a Great coworker/ human being and will be greatly missed.

Oh Kai, when we last spoke (last year) we laughed at the memory of us, maybe 8-9 years old, on a swing and you tried to kiss me, but I hit you instead! 😂😂😂 I will NEVER forget that! You were a gem and the world won’t be the same! Rest easy! 

I am  so sorry to Jennifer Brown and her sons Ian and Noah Brown for their loss. I grew up with Kai and Jennifer when we were teenagers. He was always fun to be around and he always made us laugh. I will miss him. 😢

I am so saddened to hear of Kai's passing to the heavens . He had a knack of lifting you up with his attitude just by being around him . God has a gem of a man now. RIP old friend.

I met Kai at the KwikShop, he was my trainer and I enjoyed working with him, he had the best personality and I can still hear him say "Just livin the dream". He will be missed by so many people, Rest in peace and fly high with those angel wings
