Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M. on Monday, October 18, 2021 at the Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be between 1:00-3:00P.M. on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at the Runge Mortuary. Online condolences maybe expressed at www.rungemortuary.com.
Lynne was raised in Green Acres where she had the perfect childhood raised by her most loving parents, Chauncey and Bernetta who she loved and cherished everyday of her life. She spoke of horse rides and backyard apple fights with family and friends. She is now with her dear mother and father.
A devoted catholic who wanted everyone to know she loved and cared for you all.
Lynne was very proud of her Meskwaki Native American heritage. She attended Meskwaki Powwow’s camping with family on the Iowa River.
For past 26 years loved living on the Wapsipinicon River where being a winter and nature lover could watch the eagles soar, deer run, and be snowed in for days which she loved so much. Birdwatch counting over a hundred kinds of bird. And lots of snow parties and Christmas lights! Her favorite time of year.
She loved the sound of all music singing with her family and friends. Her love of music came from her loving parents.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Chris Schroeder.
She is survived by her husband, Marty Curry; son, Jasen Keegan; daughter, Salena Carver; grandson, Dakota Williamson; brother, Chauncey Haigh Jr.; and sisters, Lisa Hildebrandt and Kellee Ryan.
Eternal rest grant unto them O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May their souls and all the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen.
