Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Thursday, April 9, 2026, at St. Matthew Lutheran Church Milan, IL. The family will greet friends from 12:00pm till 2:00pm Thursday at the church. Margaret was born on December 26, 1946, to Tedmar and Corrine (Lomen) Brodale. She was raised in Bode, IA with her older sister Mary and younger brother Ted. She graduated from Twin River Community High School in 1965.
Margaret had been employed as a Medical Technologist at Palmer College for many years before retiring from Metro Lab in Moline, IL. She was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church Milan, IL.
Margaret is survived by her two sons Preston “Putch” (Nilda) and Adam Keres both of Maryland; grandchildren Zakary (Nella) Keres, Nikolas (Emma) Keres, and Elsa Keres; great grandson Brody Keres; and brother Ted Brodale.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, sister Mary, brother-in-law Jerry, and sister-in-law Norma.
