Davenport, IA Funeral services for Marilyn Marie Helmich, 88, of Davenport, will be 10:00 am on Tuesday at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary, Davenport. Family will greet friends on Tuesday from 9:00 am to service time at the Mortuary. Burial will follow at Massbach Cemetery, Massbach, IL at 1:00 pm.Cunnick-Collins Mortuary and Cremation Service assisting family with arrangements.Ms. Helmich passed away on Friday, September 2, 2011, at her home in Davenport.Marilyn Marie Helmich was born on December 9, 1922 in Massbach, Il, the daughter of Wallace and Mamie (Belk) Helmich. She worked at Hewlett Packard in San Francisco, CA from 1962 to 1984.Survivors include her brother, Robert Helmich of Montfort, WI, several nieces and nephews.She was preceded by her parents, brothers; Junior Helmich, Gene Helmich and sister; Marjorie Farrell.Memorials may be made to the Scott County Humane Society, Gilda’s Club or St. John’s Lutheran Church, Massbach, IL.
