Michael Thomas Jones

Michael Thomas Jones, 71, of East moline, IL passed away Sunday, June 1. 2025 at Hope Creek East Moline, IL. Cremation will be done with a celebration of life to be held 2:00pm Saturday, June 7, 2025, at the Runge Mortuary & Crematory Davenport, IA. Mike was born April 26, 1954, in Davenport, IA to George & Margeret (Janssen) Jones. He was united in marriage to Jean Bealer on January 22, 1977, in Moline, IL. Mike has worked for 17 years at Hon Office Furniture before retiring in 2017 at a material handler in shipping & receiving.

Mike loved his classic cars and going to car shows, was huge Marvel Comic fan, Captain America's his favorite, and enjoyed taking long walks. His family was very important to him, especially his children & grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife Nancy Jean Jones, East Moline, IL; 2 daughters Heather (Eric) Pulford, Moline, IL & Nicole (James) McCabe, Moline, IL; 8 Grandchildren; 5 Great grandchildren; 2 brothers Kevin (Sharon) Jones & Brian S. Jones both of Davenport; & 2 sisters Patricia J. Mouchrani, LaGrange, KY & Lynne (Gary) Ganoe, Davenport, IA.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Timothy Jones.
