Cremation will be done with a 10:00am graveside service Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Rose Hill Cemetery, Buffalo, IA. Memorials may be made to the family and please share condolences at www.rungemortuary.com.

Pat was born December 1, 1944 in Barberton, OH to Ned & Marjorie (Fearnow) Carlisle. She was united in marriage to Daniel P. Niemi for 16 years prior to separating, she then married Bob Rostenbach who preceded her in death in 2007, and then married Tracy Lightner who preceded her in death in 2022. Pat was largely a home maker taking care of her family and working in Day Care. She was a long time member of the Eagles Lodge Davenport, was very proud to be a “Navy mom” and loved her children & grandchildren.

Survivors include 3 sons, Eric (Debbie) Niemi, Walcott, IA, John Niemi, Walcott, IA, & Andrew (Samantha) Niemi, Rock Island, IL; 1 daughter, Sandra Niemi, Davenport, IA; 9 grandchildren, Andrew, Cheyenne, Christina, Megan, Bradley, Jordan, Allison, Samantha, & Steven; 3 great grandchildren, Desmond, Marianna, and Elijah; sister, Jill (Fred) McCracken, IN; and an aunt, Joanne (Ed) Crane, Sacramento, CA.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, a son, David in 1972, 2 husbands, and a sister, Judy in 2011.
