A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2019 in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will start at 1:30 p.m. until the service. He will be laid to rest in Davenport Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Quad Cities Korean United Methodist Church.
Ralph was born on July 17, 1941 to Ralph E. and Mary (Cuddy) Hall Sr. in Pittsburgh, PA. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for over 20 years. He was united in marriage to Pil Pong ‘Cho’ on December 23, 1969. She passed away in April, 2004. Ralph was employed at the Rock Island Arsenal as an ammunitions specialist, retiring in 2003 after working over 20 years.
Ralph was devoted to his job. He was a faithful supporter and long-time member at Quad Cities Korean United Methodist Church.
Those left to honor his memory include his step-son, Roy (Pal Jang) Kim from Bayside, NY.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
