Rodger Lamont Fulton

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 15, 2025 at the Runge Mortuary & Crematory.

Rodger Lamont Fulton was born on February 18th 1986 in Davenport, Iowa to Biological parents Douglas Taylor and Wilma Jones. Rodger was later adopted by Samuel and Victoria Fulton. He graduated from Davenport North High school in 2004. He worked for Olympic Steel for some time. He enjoyed astronomy, Basketball, football and fishing.

Those left to cherish his memories include his siblings Rodney Jones , Ronnie Fulton , Pamela Fulton, Sonya Portis, Tonya Major all of Davenport,Iowa. Also siblings Courtney Taylor Harness and Desiree, Taylor (Dallas, Texas.) Amber Taylor (Rock Island, IL ) Douglas Taylor Jr (Minneapolis, MN). A host of Nieces and Nephews. His Granny Helen Carruthers and several aunts and uncles. He also had a lot of cousins as well.

He was preceded in Death by his parents Samuel and Victoria (REESE) Fulton. Grandparents Rayes and Sandra Soto. Uncle Larry Fulton, Aunt Gloria Robinson , Aunt Betty Emory, Aunt Raisa Manley, Aunt Vicki Reese, Aunt Gail Fulton, Aunt Patricia Cotton, Cousin Michelle Carter, Cousin Tyris carter, Cousin Andrea Eston Tensley.
