Ruth Weber, 85, of Bettendorf passed away Monday, August 19, 2013 at Manor Care-Utica Ridge in Davenport. Following cremation, a visitation will be held from 5-8 pm, Friday, August 23, 2013 at the Runge Mortuary.

Ruth was born July 18, 1928 at Sumner, IA, a daughter of Alvin and Anna (Schumacher) Hoth. On December 16, 1950 she married Herbert D. Weber in West Union, Iowa. He preceded her in death on February 12, 2004.
Those left to honor her memory include her children: David Weber and Jim (Heather) Weber, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, a brother, Larry Hoth and a sister, Marilyn Gordon.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Connie in 1953, her parents, and brothers Ralph Hoth and Lyle Hoth.
