A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. His final resting place will be in the Andover Iowa Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Handicapped Development Center where he had worked for over 20 years. Online condolences may be left at www.rungemoretuary.com.
Stephen was born August 9, 1952 in Los Angeles, CA. He was the son of John and Roma (Naeve) Boulton. He enjoyed jokes, singing, and music, especially Hawaiian and carousel music. He also collected albums and cassettes. Stephen loved attending family events and going to the farm. He also loved to watch his cousins play ball at the ballpark where he met many friends.
Those left to honor his memory include his cousin, Karen (Richard) Fischer and her daughter, Kim (Gerald) Hutchison, all of Shirley, Ark, additional second cousins, Roxane (Wayne) Piepenbrok, Indianapolis, IN and Ken (Tami) Fischer, Dallas, TX. Alan (Bert) Naeve and family and Dennis (Pam) Naeve and family. His parents preceded him in death.
