She was born June 13, 1954 in Nebraska. She was the daughter of Rex and Edna (Cady) Rominger. She married Tony Ortiz. He preceded her in death.
Those left to honor her memory include her daughter, Tamara Ortiz, Moline, IL, grandchildren, Ray Ray Ortiz and Ny’Jon Milton, brother, Bill (Tammy) Rominger, Muscatine, two nieces and one nephews.
