Timothy L. “Pete” Holmes, 70, of Blue Grass, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 22, 2016 at the Runge Mortuary. Tim was born on April 11, 1946, the son of Olvin E. and Lucille (Bernauer) Holmes. He was married to Linda Baldwin for 23 years. He retired from Reynolds Manufacturing after 45 years of service and was a farmer who loved the outdoors along with working with his hands.
Those carrying on his legacy include his children, Kimberly Cook, Jason (Darcy) Holmes, Karen Holmes and Shelly (Adam) Sowells; grandchildren, Jessica, Jacob, Melanie, Mackenzie and Robert; and siblings, Bob Holmes, Sylvia Tatum and Harold Holmes.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Phillip and sister, Mary Jo.
