Tim was born August 5, 1970 in Davenport, IA. He was the son of Wayne James Peters and Emma (Martin) Helms.
He had formerly owned and operated Quad City Improvement Company before his illness. He could fix just about anything. He enjoyed bowling in his younger years and loved fishing, being outdoors and playing video games. Tim served in the US National Guard.
Those left to cherish his memory include his mom, Emma Helms (Marion Heick), Davenport, long-time loving companion, Julie Salas, Davenport, children: Wayne Huntley, Brendan Thompson, TJ Williams and Mandie (Stephen) Rice, two beautiful grandchildren, Myra and Autumn, brother, Thomas Peters, stepbrother, Dave (Cheryl) Helms, sisters: Vickie Molina and Cindy (Johnny) Giavotella, nieces and nephews.
His father, stepfather Clifford Helms and a stepbrother, Eugene Helms preceded him in death.
