There will be a Memorial Open House from 2:00 – 5:30 P.M., Saturday, August 13, 2011 at Todd’s home. Memorials may be made to the family to be used for his nephew’s college education. Online tributes and condolences may be made at www.therungemortuary.com.
Todd was born on November 24, 1970 in Vero Beach, Florida to Jim and Sue (Money) Woods.
He attended Augustana College and The University of Iowa. He worked in the IT industry for The Rock Island Arsenal, The University of Iowa, the FBI, Conley Associates and last working with Linguisystems Inc. The joys of his life were his family, his home and garden, and the challenges of his work.
Those celebrating his life include, his parents Jim and Sue Woods; brothers Shawn (Sylvia) Woods, and Noel (Amber) Woods; nephews Andrew, Hunter, and Lucas; step-nieces Kaitlyn and Faith; aunt and uncle Chuck (Mikki) Oakes; cousins Amber, Dallas, Erica and Bryan; and special friend Eric Bellman.
