Vicki Keller, 69, of Bettendorf passed away on July 4, 2023. A visitation will take place on July 9, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Davenport. A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 10, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be left to the American Diabetic Association or St. Paul Lutheran Church. Vicki was born to Arvid and Violet Erickson on January 7, 1954 in Minneapolis, MN. She completed her Associate Degree in Nursing at Mercy Hospital in Dubuque. While previously studying organ performance at University of Minnesota, she met her husband, James Russell Keller, and they were married on August 10, 1974. Vicki and James had two sons, Michael and Matthew. Vicki’s passions for music and caring for others drove her to a long, diverse career in both fields. She truly loved her times working as both a nurse and as the accompanist for local school choirs. In her spare time, Vicki was an active member in various church music groups, became an avid ballroom dancer, and enjoyed travelling with her family and friends.
Vicki was blessed with six granddaughters and cherished her time spent reading, cooking, and sharing her love of music with them.
Vicki is survived by her loving husband James; son Michael and his wife Margaret; son Matthew and his wife Kelly; grandchildren: Frances (Michael), Cecelia (Matthew), Nora (Michael), Josephine (Michael), Jillian (Matthew), and Penelope (Michael); and her brother James Erickson.
Vicki was preceded in death by her parents Arvid and Violet.
