Ralph W. Kindig Jr.

Ralph W. Kindig, Jr, 81, of Annapolis, passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. Ralph was born the only child to the late Ralph and Ruth Kindig in Pennsylvania on August 3, 1935. He graduated from high school in 1953 and went on to complete technical school as an Electronic Engineer. In high school Ralph meet his wife, Nancy whom he married in 1954. Ralph work at the National Security Agency as an Electronic Engineer and retired in 1990 as a Senior Operational Staff Officer. He enjoyed hunting deer, fishing in Ontario and Quebec, trap shooting and ten pin bowling.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Nancy; three children, Scott (Kelly) Kindig of Crownsville, Carl (Katherine) Kindig of Edgewater, and Lois Jones of Annapolis; nine grandchildren, David Jones, Brian Kindig, Daniel Jones, Chase Kindig, Dylan Jones, Cole Kindig, Christine Kindig, Kate Kindig, and Kay Ann Kindig; one great-grandchild, Cyrus.

A visitation will be held on Monday, August 22 from 12 pm until a service begins at 2 pm at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD 21037. Interment immediately following at Lakemont Memorial Gardens in Davidsonville.
