Rene Akerman was born Miami, FL to Remer and Nancy Sirmans on October 9, 1961. She went to school in North Miami. She married Walter Akerman on July 17, 1993, in Miami, Fl. She graduated from Miami Norland Senior High. She worked as an insurance Agent/Customer Rep for 27years.
Rene Akerman is preceded in death by her parents Remer and Nancy Sirmans, and her sisters, Glenna Robert and Alice Blaum.
Rene Akerman is survived by her Husband, Walter Akerman, Daughter, Kelle Green Kyle, Sisters, Jean Fielding and Beverly Ridley, Grandchildren Kaiden and Karter Wharff, and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held 1pm Wednesday June 4th at Davie, FL. Arrangements are by Fred Hunters Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Broward County Humane Society.
