Anthony Allen “Tony” Flohre age 63, Tony slipped away quietly in the night to meet God after a 6 month courageous battle with Multiple Myeloma & Amyloidosis. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth. He leaves his 2 daughters : Madison, and Alexis both of FL; his mom Rita Flohre; sisters, Suzanne Baldasare (Jim Dabbelt), Dee DeBanto (Steve Schauer); brothers; Kenny (Katie), Bill, Tim (Becky) and Joe (Diane); nieces and nephews, Gino (Angela), Joey (Kate) & Karoline, Nick (Dani), Emily, Matthew (Kelsey), Blake (Becca), Jennifer (Dennis), Amy (Ricky), Sarah (Jack) Tiffany (Jessie), Lauren (Jimmy) Tara, Tyler, Michael, and Megan and 9 great nieces and nephews. Tony graduated Belmont HS in 1972 and worked many years for the Montgomery County Board Developmental Disabilities Services with disabled adults & children, and this was his true calling & joy. He loved to go to the “Flohre Cottage” at Indian Lake to fish, relax, build bon fires and to enjoy life. He had a gentle heart and quiet ways. He will be missed greatly. Private family services will be held. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in memory of Tony.
